About Allen Land Group

Founded in 1994 by John J. “Jack” Allen, Allen Land Group was established with a singular mission: to provide specialized brokerage and development expertise to raw land owners. Over the decades, we have evolved from advisors into active participants in the region's growth.

Through our affiliates, we have served as principals in major land developments across Northeast Florida. Notable projects include the Galleria Pointe area near Butler Boulevard, a 250-acre development in the Doctor’s Inlet area of Clay County, and a 500-acre tract in Northwest Jacksonville.

Our deep local experience extends beyond transactions. We bring a diverse skill set to every relationship, grounded in strong accounting and finance backgrounds. This allows us to expertly navigate deal structuring while simultaneously resolving complex wetland permitting challenges and providing proven sources of offsite mitigation to ensure project viability.
